We take the repetitive work off your team

Six ways we help small and medium businesses stop doing by hand what a system should be doing for them — from joining two tools that never spoke, to handing back a process nobody has to think about again.

Fixed scope before we start · Documented handover · No lock-in

Scoped before it starts

Working software in weeks, not quarters

Documented so your team can change it

No proprietary platform to get stuck in

What we do

Six kinds of work, one aim

Every engagement is measured the same way: how many hours a week come back to your team, and whether the thing keeps running once we've gone.

Most requested

Workflow automation

We map a process that currently depends on someone remembering, then hand it to a system. Order intake, onboarding checklists, follow-up sequences, approval chains.

You end up with: a process that runs whether or not anyone is watching it.
Integration

Making tools talk

Joining systems with no native connector, so a record entered once appears everywhere it should. CRM to invoicing, forms to CRM, e-commerce to accounting, spreadsheets to anything.

You end up with: one source of truth instead of three that disagree.
AI

Practical AI, not AI theatre

Narrow, checkable jobs: drafting replies from your own material, classifying and routing incoming mail, pulling structured data out of documents, summarising long threads.

You end up with: a first draft in seconds and a human still deciding.
Reporting

Numbers that assemble themselves

Dashboards and scheduled reports built from the systems you already run, so Monday morning doesn't begin with exporting four spreadsheets and stitching them together.

You end up with: the same figure in front of everyone, updated overnight.
Data

Migration and cleanup

Moving between systems without losing history, de-duplicating records that drifted apart, and closing the gaps that let the same customer get typed in twice.

You end up with: data you can report on without caveats.
WordPress

WordPress and web automation

Our own ground. Transactional and bulk email that actually arrives, form handling that feeds your CRM, WooCommerce order flows, and custom plugin work where nothing off the shelf fits.

You end up with: a site that does work instead of just sitting there.

Ways to work with us

Start as small as you like

All three start with the same free 30-minute review, so nobody commits to anything before we both understand the problem.

Automation audit

A fixed-scope look at how the work actually flows, ending in a written roadmap: every candidate process, ranked by hours saved against effort. Yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.

Start with a call

Ongoing partner

Retained time each month for businesses automating steadily rather than all at once — new processes, changes to existing ones, and someone to call when a system you depend on changes underneath you.

Start with a call

Scope

What we don't take on

Being clear about this early saves everyone a wasted call. If your project is on this list we'll usually know someone better placed, and we'll say so.

The honest version

We're a small team that automates business processes well. We are not a full-service agency, and pretending otherwise would cost you more than it costs us.

  • Rip-and-replace ERP programmes running over many months.
  • Anything we can't document and hand back to your team.
  • AI added to a process because it sounds modern rather than because it helps.
  • Automating a broken process instead of fixing the process first.
  • Work that locks you into a platform only we can maintain.

The systems we join

Whatever you already run

We're deliberately not a single-vendor shop. If a system has an API, an export, or even just an inbox, there is usually a way to automate around it.

CRM and sales Pipelines, lead capture, and keeping records in step with what actually happened.
Accounting and invoicing Quotes, invoices and reconciliation driven by real data rather than retyped from it.
Email and SMTP Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Brevo, or your own mail server.
E-commerce Order flows, fulfilment handoffs and stock updates that don't need a person in the middle.
Spreadsheets and files The shared sheet everything secretly depends on, turned into something dependable.
WordPress Forms, memberships, WooCommerce and custom plugin work, including our own tools.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

A single automation is usually live within a few weeks of the scope being agreed. Anything we think will take longer than that, we break into smaller pieces so you get something working early rather than a long wait followed by a big reveal.

Almost never. Automating around your existing stack is cheaper, faster and far less disruptive than migrating it. If a tool genuinely cannot do what you need, we will say so — but that is the exception.

You get documentation written for your team rather than for developers, so most changes can be made in-house. If something a system depends on changes underneath it, we are reachable — and for businesses who want that guaranteed, the ongoing partner arrangement exists.

Yes, and it usually goes well. They know your environment and we know the automation. We are happy to hand over specifications and let your team build, if that is the better use of budget.

Audits and builds are fixed price, quoted after we understand the scope, so there is no meter running. Ongoing work is a retained block of time each month. Exact figures depend entirely on what you need, which is what the free call establishes.

Then we will tell you. Quite often the right answer is a setting in software you already pay for, or simplifying a step rather than automating it. We would rather be useful once than sell you something that does not help.

Not sure which of these you need?

That's what the free 30-minute review is for. Describe the task that annoys you most and we'll tell you which of these — if any — is worth doing first.
