Our story
Why we started Prime9AI
Most automation tools are built for enterprises with dedicated IT teams and enterprise budgets. Small businesses get left with tools that are either too complicated to set up or too expensive to justify.
Prime9AI exists to close that gap. We take the same AI and automation capabilities the big players use and package them into tools any business owner can deploy in an afternoon — starting with the everyday work that quietly eats your week: email, follow-ups, and repetitive admin.
✕Assumes an in-house IT team to own it
✕Priced per seat, per month, per connector
✕Months of consulting before anything runs
✕Abandoned halfway through setup
✓Set up by the person who runs the business
✓Priced so it makes sense at your size
✓Working the same afternoon it is installed
✓Quiet enough that you forget it is there
What we believe
Principles behind everything we ship
Three rules we apply to our own products and to every engagement. They are also the reason we occasionally talk someone out of a project.
Practical over hype
No buzzwords, no science projects. If a tool doesn't save you real hours in the first week, we don't ship it.
Built for SMBs
Designed for teams without an IT department. Simple setup, plain-language docs, and pricing that makes sense at your size.
Reliability first
Automation you can forget about is automation done right. We obsess over deliverability, uptime, and support you can reach.
How we work
Small steps, working software, no big bang
Long automation projects fail quietly. We keep each stage short enough that you can stop after any one of them and still be better off than when you started.
Understand the week
We start by listening to how the work actually happens, not how a process document says it does. The gap between the two is usually where the hours go.
Fix one thing first
We automate the single task with the best ratio of hours saved to effort, and get it live. One working improvement beats a roadmap.
Prove it, then widen
Once it has run for a couple of weeks without anyone thinking about it, we move to the next one. If it didn't help, we say so and stop.
Hand it over properly
You get plain-language documentation and a system your team can change without calling us. We would rather be optional than indispensable.
