Who this is for

If any of this sounds like your week, the call is worth 30 minutes

Most of the businesses we talk to aren't missing software. They're missing the joins between the software they already pay for — so someone ends up being the integration.

Not for everyone

If you already have an in-house developer automating things well, you probably don't need us. We'll say so on the call rather than sell you a project.

  • Someone spends hours each week copying the same data between two systems.
  • Your CRM, invoicing and email don't talk to each other, so records drift apart.
  • Follow-ups get missed because they depend on a person remembering.
  • Reporting means exporting spreadsheets and stitching them together by hand.
  • You bought an automation tool, got halfway through setup, and quietly stopped.
  • Growth means hiring another admin, and you'd rather it didn't.

What we'll cover

Thirty minutes, four questions

No slide deck and no discovery questionnaire to fill in beforehand. Come as you are — we'll do the structuring.

First 10 min

Where the time goes

You walk us through a normal week. We listen for the work that repeats, the work that gets re-typed, and the work that only happens when someone remembers.

Next 10 min

Map the systems

Which tools you actually run, which ones hold the same data twice, and where a handover between them is currently a person with a spreadsheet.

Next 5 min

Rank by hours saved

We sort what we've found by hours returned against effort to build, so you can see what's worth doing first and what isn't worth doing at all.

Last 5 min

An honest next step

Sometimes that's a tool you can set up yourself this afternoon. Sometimes it's one of ours. Sometimes it's a build. We'll tell you which.

What you walk away with

Useful whether or not you hire us

The call is genuinely free, so it has to be worth your time on its own. Here's what you keep either way.

A prioritised shortlist

The three or four processes worth automating first at your size, in the order that returns the most hours soonest.

A realistic effort estimate

Rough time and complexity for each one, so you can tell an afternoon's configuration apart from a genuine development project.

A straight answer

Including when the answer is an off-the-shelf tool we don't sell, or that the process should be simplified before anyone automates it.

Where we usually help

The work that quietly eats the week

We're generalists across the everyday business stack rather than specialists in one vendor's ecosystem. If your stack isn't listed, ask anyway.

Email and campaigns Deliverability, paced sending, follow-up sequences that don't depend on someone remembering.
CRM and pipeline Lead capture, stage changes, and keeping records in step with what actually happened.
Quotes and invoicing Generating documents from real data instead of last month's template with the numbers changed.
Reporting Numbers that assemble themselves, so Monday morning doesn't start with an export.
Data entry and migration Moving between systems, de-duplicating, and stopping the same record being typed twice.
Integrations and APIs Joining tools that have no native connector, including the WordPress side of your stack.

Book your call

Tell us what's eating the week

A few lines is plenty. The more specific you are about the task that annoys you most, the more useful the first ten minutes will be.

We reply within 24 hours with two or three times to choose from.

A real consultant takes the call, not a sales development rep.

No follow-up sequence. If you say no thanks, that's the end of it.

Your details stay with us and are never sold or shared.

Fields marked * are required. Everything else just helps us prepare.

Before you book

The questions we get asked first

Actually free. We do it because roughly a third of these calls turn into work later, and the rest cost us half an hour and earn us a recommendation. There is no card, no trial, and no invoice afterwards.

No. You get the call, a written follow-up with what we discussed, and that is the end of it unless you come back to us. There is no drip sequence and no chasing.

That is fine. WordPress is where our own products live, but the consulting work is about your processes and the tools you already run. Most of what we look at sits outside a website entirely.

We reply within 24 hours with a few times to choose from, and most calls happen within the same week.

No. Turning up with a rough sense of which task annoys you most is plenty. If you already have a process document, bring it, but nobody needs to build one for this.

Yes, send it across before the call and we will sign it. We will not ask for credentials or access to any system during a discovery call regardless.

Then that is what we will say. Automating a broken process usually makes it break faster, so sometimes the useful advice is to simplify or drop a step first.

Still not sure it's worth the half hour?

Send the one task that annoys you most and we'll tell you by email whether it's worth automating — before you book anything.
